NINETH SCIENTIFIC FORUM
(INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR AND WORKSHOP)

Recent Studies on Language, Literature, Arts, and their Teaching

RATIONALE

Since 2005, the Faculty of Language and Arts Education, Indonesia University of Education has conducted the SCIENTIFIC FORUM (a series of seminar and workshop on language, literature, arts, and teaching). This Scientific Forum is devised as a means of unearthing and disseminating recent findings in the field of language, literature, and arts to academics in secondary school and university as well as general public.

As of yet, discoveries in language, literature, arts have apparently been unheard of, despite the fact that these discoveries may address a number of lingering issues in language, literature, arts, and their teaching.

On the basis of the above considerations, the nineth Scientific Forum is hoped to serve as a vehicle for scholars in their field to share findings of their recent research and to share experiences, issues and solutions with regard to language, literature, and arts.

OBJECTIVES

This forum is aimed at :

1.      encouraging academics, practitioners, and observers of language education, literature, and arts to produce innovative works;

2.      adding value to existing findings;

3.      providing scholars with the opportunities to share information, innovative works, and thoughts on respective fields;
