Missions

1. Creating future teachers and professionals with good qualification and global competitiveness;
2. Conducting research in order to develop theories of education and improve quality of education;
3. Improving quantity and quality of learning facilities and human resources in accordance with optimum and representative management system as the only state institution with legal entity organizing primary education, early childhood education, information and technology, and telecommunication system within such areas as Purwakarta, Subang, Karawang, and Bekasi.
4. Conducting professional community services in relation to the quality improvement of primary education and early childhood education
5. Expanding partnership in regional and national levels particularly in developing the quality of primary education, early childhood education, and vocational education.
