1. Implementing education in early childhood education, primary education, and multimedia and information technology with such competencies and updated knowledge, good educational characters, technology mastery, and competitiveness within regional, national, and international levels.
2. Developing good quality research in early childhood education, primary education, and multimedia and technology as the foundation of the implementation of education and community services;
3. Conducting research based-community services as an effort to solve global problems;
4. Expanding academic and non-academic networking and partnership in regional, national, and international levels; and
5. Supporting quality of life improvement through development and integration of proportional and sustainable education and information technology.
